In this final year of production they also updated the body and gave it a facelift! Some enthusiasts prefer the look of the older body, but i actually like both for different reasons. The elise r body is a bit smoother and has a few updates to the air damns and such that give it a more fluid look like the exige with the mesh inserts instead of the plastic trim pieces on the older models. The newer style headlights also give this elise a much needed upgrade in functionality as well as looks! They also did a few updates to the interior that just makes it finished a bit nicer. As well, they also updated the look of the sport package wheel and also added the (exige) sport seats as part of the sport package. Only a few special edition elise were offered with the sport seats. These seats are more comfortable and also have the cut-outs for harness belts. All around this elise is like new. There will not be many of these available for sale, and even less in this color combo with a sport package!! Do not hesitate, this one will not last long!! They only brought about 10 of these cars over to the US as track only cars in 2008 and only a few cars came in years after that. There are not many here state side, but most that are here have been raced and a majority have been modified. This 2 Eleven has only seen a few track days by the single owner and was garage kept and maintained in CA. The owner did not have the time he had hoped for in the end and thus the 177 miles that are on this unmolested race car! At 255 HP and the 1650 Lbs body wrapped around the aluminum chassis shared with the Elise/ Exige models this 2 Eleven remains flat and consistent through every corner! Using the AP Racing / Brembo brake system they have upgraded the pads to grab tighter with the grippy Pagid RS14's. Naturally the system runs high grade silicone brake fluid and stainless steel braided hoses for added stopping power. It is ready to race, just jump in and enjoy! The 2 Eleven also comes standard with: Accusump system Passenger seat Upgraded Recaro driver seat Battery Cut-off switch Battery charging plug Removable steering wheel Fire suppression bottle This 2 Eleven is a true collector's item!
